RÉSUMÉNous considérons l'impact environnemental de la diète dans un système de production animale. L'approche classique en production animale consiste à utiliser un modèle de croissance basé sur l'établissement d'une diète à moindre coût. Cette diète optimale est gènèralement établie à l'aide d'un modèle de programmation linéaire. Cette approche peut conduire à des effets nuisibles sur l'environnement en engendrant des rejets excessifs d'azote et de phosphore. Pour tenir compte à la fois des aspects économique et environnemental nous suggtérons des modèles multicritères (deux et trois critères) qui permettent de mesurer l'impact financier de la réduction des rejets.Mots clés: Agriculturedièteporcprogrammation linéairemodèle multicritèrecoût économiqueenvironnementpollution
