Résumé Cet article rend compte des résultats d’une enquête de psychodynamique du travail effectuée dans une station de télévision. Un des points qui particularisent cette enquête est que salariés et cadres ont convenu d’entreprendre conjointement cette démarche. Une fois mis au jour les souffrances et les mécanismes de défense, les collectifs d’enquête devaient ensuite se rencontrer afin d’esquisser un plan d’action en vue d’améliorer le climat de travail.
