Abstract
Cette recherche a été réalisée dans la région de Québec, en collaboration avec la Régie régionale de la santé et des services sociaux, les CLSC, les propriétaires de résidences privées pour personnes âgées et le Centre de recherche sur les services communautaires de l'Université Laval. Quatre objectifs sont poursuivis, soit tracer un portrait de la clientèle âgée hébergée dans les chambres et pensions, connaître les attentes des propriétaires à l'égard des CLSC, cerner les responsabilités du secteur privé et du secteur public pour assurer le bien-être des personnes âgées et, finalement, élaborer les paramètres d'un cadre de référence.
