L’auteure contextualise la nouvelle politique du gouvernement fédéral en matière de rédaction législative. Elle nous explique les objectifs de cette politique ainsi que le processus d’harmonisation des lois fédérales par rapport au droit civil et à la common law. Cette politique sur le bijuridisme respecte la spécificité de chaque système tout en les rendant compatibles peut s’avérer très utile à l’heure de la mondialisation des échanges.
