Abstract
Depuis 2002, l’alerte éthique est le moyen le plus communément utilisé pour détecter les fraudes en entreprise (ACFE, 2012). Or, peu d’études abordent le processus entourant la gestion des alertes éthiques. En examinant le cas de quatre organisations, cet article décrit la façon dont les alertes éthiques sont reçues, traitées, examinées, puis communiquées aux responsables de la gouvernance et autres instances, et enfin comment on encourage ce processus à l’intérieur des organisations. Il traite notamment du rôle joué par la fonction d’audit interne.
