Abstract
La stratégie de soutien au développement des communautés, mise de l’avant par les instances québécoises de santé publique depuis près de dix ans, propose au réseau de la santé et des services sociaux d’intervenir selon une logique sociale territoriale. Comme les organisateurs communautaires de Centres de santé et de services sociaux (CSSS) portent ces interventions au niveau local, nous nous sommes intéressés à l’influence de cette stratégie sur leur pratique. Cet article résume les résultats d’une recherche doctorale menée au CSSS de la Vieille-Capitale, obtenus grâce à la mise en place d’un groupe de pratique réflexif pour les organisateurs communautaires.
