Abstract
À l’heure où la plupart des institutions régissant notre vie collective québécoise et canadienne sont sujettes à d’importantes remises en cause, le monopole de représentation syndicale n’échappe pas au même examen critique, et ce, d’autant qu’il est confronté à l’incontournable et stimulante réalité de la diversité. Le présent texte aborde les difficultés et défis qui sont posés aux syndicats en ces temps de redéfinition et propose quelques pistes de réflexion pour appréhender l’avenir.
