Abstract
Körperliche Bewegung ist Bestandteil erfolgreichen Diabetesmanagements. Jedoch sind viele Menschen nicht ausreichend aktiv. Sozialkognitive Theorien beschreiben, welche Einflüsse begünstigen, dass Menschen eine Absicht bilden aktiv zu werden und wie Absichten erfolgreich in die Tat umgesetzt werden. Solch ein Modell ist der Health Action Process Approach (HAPA; Schwarzer, 1992), der in der vorliegenden Untersuchung überprüft wurde. Es wurde getestet, ob körperliche Aktivität und Intentionsbildung vorhergesagt wird durch Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung (SWE), Ergebniserwartung (EE) und Risikowahrnehmung (RW) und dies abhängig von Absichten und bisherigen Erfahrungen der Personen.
