Abstract
Dans cet article, l'auteure décrit les résultats partiels d'une étude du type quasi expérimental effectuée dans le cadre de sa thèse doctorale. L'une des hypothèses de recherche est la suivante : la moyenne des résultats aux post-tests (étapes et produits) du groupe ayant été formé selon le modèle de design pédagogique modifié sera significativement plus élevée que celle des résultats aux post-tests du groupe ayant été formé à partir du modèle de design pédagogique non modifié. Pour vérifier l'hypothèse, les travaux pratiques exécutés à l'intérieur de deux cours de formation auprès de deux groupes (témoin et expérimental) ont été analysés et les résultats démontrent que, lorsqu'on propose des modifications au modèle de design pédagogique pour répondre aux besoins et aux préoccupations des femmes travaillant dans les secteurs traditionnellement masculins, un bon nombre de personnes en tiennent compte dans la conception de systèmes d'apprentissage.
