Article Abstract Because this piece does not have an abstract, we have provided for your benefit the first 3 sentences of the full text. Sir: Accumulating evidence suggests that many children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have a primary sleep disorder that accounts for some of their behavioral dysregulation.1,2 Most previous reports have focused on the association between ADHD and sleep in children with sleep-disordered breathing or restless legs syndrome.3-8 Here, we present a case in which ADHD symptoms and delayed sleep phase syndrome (DSPS) were rapidly relieved with bright light therapy.†‹
