Abstract
Un arrêt récent de la Cour d'appel 1 incite surtout à réévaluer le caractère réglementaire de la convention collective. S'il est acquis que celle-ci impose des normes minima, en matière de salaire notamment, aux ententes individuelles conclues entre un employeur et des salariés, n'admet-on pas, par ailleurs trop facilement que des ententes individuelles puissent déroger à celle-ci en se montrant, de prime abord, du moins, plus favorables à certains salariés?
