Abstract
Résumé Cet article montre que l’efficacité des programmes de rémunération repose davantage sur la qualité de leur implantation que sur le soin apporté à les concevoir. Leur mise en œuvre réussie ne devrait pas relever uniquement de la responsabilité des professionnels des ressources humaines. Les employés et surtout les gestionnaires doivent également y participer. Or, des chiffres troublants indiquent que les professionnels des ressources humaines ne donnent pas à ces programmes le soutien adéquat. L’article présente la manière de rectifier le tir.
