Abstract
"Este artigo se constitui como um testemunho importante frente aos desafios de uma escola quebequense que se transforme e que se torna, mais e mais, pluriétnica, e por isso, deve se adaptar aos serviços da nova clientela de imigrantes que ele tem recebido. Através deste depoimento pessoal, o diretor adjunto da Escola Secundária des Pionniers descreve a evolução dos serviços oferecidos no seu meio de trabalho para responder às necessidades dos alunos imigrantes que se confrontam com uma nova cultura e igualmente com o aprendizado de uma nova língua, o francês."
