Abstract
Le territoire constitue une possible échelle d’observation d’un écosystème entrepreneurial et fait référence à un espace vécu, à un lieu d’identité et d’échanges. Ce sujet est observé à partir d’une recherche qualitative réalisée dans deux agglomérations (Grand Lyon et Grand Toulouse) et deux Régions (Alsace et Bretagne), où les réseaux informels formés par les acteurs de terrain deviennent une source de créativité capables de générer une dynamique entrepreneuriale. Cette dynamique, qui va de l’informel à la mise en œuvre d’un cluster reconnu d’intérêt public régional, détermine le taux de conversion de la créativité du territoire en projets créateurs de richesse. L’innovation est ainsi produite par un réseau interconnecté, situé dans un territoire proche, engagé dans un secteur d’activité donné et lié par un partage ou une complémentarité de compétences et/ou de ressources. L’évocation de trois grands enjeux que sont l’anticipation, la capacité à se projeter et à inventer le futur, montre l’importance des dynamiques territoriales et du processus stratégique qui l’accompagne.
