Abstract
Depuis plus de deux décennies, Hydro-Québec participe aux efforts d’efficacité énergétique qui se déploient un peu partout dans le monde. La société d’État a mené deux campagnes pour réduire la consommation d’énergie, la première au début des années 1990 et la seconde à partir de 2003. Si certains organismes ont dénoncé les limites de cette politique, il n’en reste pas moins que, sans elle, la consommation des Québécois aurait sans doute été plus considérable.
