Abstract
Dans le contexte actuel de turbulence, la nécessité de repenser l'organisation du travail et d'adopter une approche radicalement différente de la gestion pour bâtir des « organisations en santé » s'impose. Malheureusement, les préoccupations pour offrir du soutien organisationnel au personnel et associer leur contribution à la redéfinition du mode de fonctionnement semblent céder le pas aux transformations imposées. L'exemple des travailleurs sociaux montre que les coûts à moyen terme pourraient dépasser les gains à court terme.
