Abstract
Résumé Les inégalités écologiques ne concernent pas seulement l’inégale répartition des ressources naturelles et des dommages écologiques. Elles reposent également sur l’inégale répartition des outils de mesure de ces inégalités, et sur l’inégale capacité à faire admettre ses propres outils comme des outils légitimes. Les inégalités écologiques recoupent dès lors des relations de domination politique. À partir de l’exemple d’un conflit pour l’usage de forêts canadiennes, Bastien Sibille illustre l’injustice subie par les groupes qui ne peuvent mesurer et représenter dans l’espace public ce qu’ils considèrent comme une dégradation de leur environnement, et les combats menés pour surmonter cet obstacle, grâce à l’usage militant des systèmes d’informations géographiques.
