Abstract
Résumé Cet article vise deux objectifs. D'une part, soutenir la thèse selon laquelle la question des fondements moraux de l'immigration sélective est mal posée si elle ne part pas d'une réflexion sur les modalités institutionnelles assurant un rapport positif entre migrants et communauté d'accueil. D'autre part, cet article présentera un argument défendant le rôle de la théorie républicaine de la liberté politique comme cadre normatif pour penser les problèmes structurels liés à l'immigration.
