Abstract
Le développement durable revêt une dimension centrale au sein du management et de la communication d’une organisation. Cet article s’intéresse à l’appropriation par les salariés de la notion de développement durablemais également à leur processus d’engagement à ce niveau. Les résultats d’un projet de recherche-action mené auprès d’un échantillon d’employés du CHU de l’Archet à Nice et du réseau Agora Energy donnent à penser que même si le théâtre forum n’est pas un outil de sensibilisation au développement durable auxquels pensent naturellement les répondants, après une première expérience, il suscite l’adhésion parce qu’il permet d’exprimer des sentiments et d’avoir un comportement hors cadre, hors norme qui facilite l’appropriation de notions tel le développement durable.
