Abstract
C’est sur une suggestion de Judith Butler que le genre est devenu une norme, c’est-à-dire, une construction sociale historique et contingente. Le travail ci-dessous cherche à faire une analyse critique des concepts d’identification et sexuation dans la psychanalyse, issus d’une conception structuraliste du sujet et de la différence sexuelle. Partant du principe que si l’on comprend la loi comme une structure antérieure et transcendante aux manifestations sociales, politiques et obligatoirement historiques, le symbolique sera présenté comme une force qui ne pourra pas être modifiée et subvertie sans la menace de la psychose ou de la perversion. Au contraire, si l’on comprend la loi comme quelque chose qui est vécu et constamment réitéré de façon immanente aux relations de pouvoir, les possibilités de modification et aussi de subversion du symbolique , ne signifieront pas nécessairement une menace à la culture et à la civilisation. Il faut ainsi une certaine déstabilisation de ces frontières excessivement rigides et fixes de l’identification et du désir pour que d’autres formes de construction du genre puissent habiter le monde viable de la sexuation et sortir du spectre de l’abjection.
