Abstract
Le but de cette étude est de comprendre l’incidence de l’expérience internationale acquise pendant les études sur le type de carrière ultérieure. Il s’agit de souligner l’importance pour l’entreprise de comprendre cette incidence. Quel est le profil de carrière de ceux qui ont vécu une expérience internationale ? Quelle peut être l’utilité de cette expérience pour la carrière en entreprise ? Nous tenterons ainsi d’attirer l’attention des recruteurs, des départements de ressources humaines, mais aussi des gestionnaires de programmes d’institutions d’enseignement et des cadres eux-mêmes sur l’importance de cette expérience internationale pour la carrière et pour l’entreprise.
