Describing the censorship case arising from the 1969 Toronto production of An Evening with Futz , a play depicting nudity and bestiality, DANIELLE I. SZLAWIENIEC-HAW provides the history of the key judgement that opened up artistic choice in Canada, but suggests that other economic and marketing factors affect the programming decisions of today.
