Abstract
Cet article se propose de mobiliser les outils théoriques de l’économie de proximité pour montrer comment des évolutions dans les politiques publiques ont enclenché dans le Delta du Sénégal des dynamiques organisationnelles et spatiales sur la toile de fond de fortes inégalités. Il examine le rôle des coordinations comme réponses collectives et concertées face aux risques de conflits d’usage dans le contexte de désengagement de la Société d’Aménagement et d’Exploitation des terres du Delta (SAED). Il souligne au passage les inégalités entre espaces hérités des choix antérieurs de la SAED et perpétués par les actions collectives.
