Abstract
À partir d’une perspective interactionniste où la création collective de sens est centrale, le recours aux récits dans le cadre d’un projet d’innovation mené au Cirque du Soleil révèle l’existence de plusieurs types de narrations dont la force d’évocation suscite le désir, l’adhésion et l’engagement. La force potentielle du récit et sa participation à la création d’une mémoire collective révèlent une pratique de création de sens peu usitée hors des milieux de création artistique. Trois grands types de récits émanant de différents profils d’acteurs sont présentés, accompagnés de propositions d’intégration de cet outil postmoderne aux savoir-faire des agents de changement en contexte de transformation organisationnelle.
