Superparamagnetisch werden die hier beschriebenen Triblock-Copolymer-Nanoröhren durch Behandlung mit Fe2O3. Die dabei erhaltenen Polymer/Fe2O3-Hybridnanofasern (siehe TEM-Aufnahme) zeigen interessantes Verhalten im Magnetfeld. So ordnen sich die Nanofasern in Magnetfeldrichtung an, und bei Mischungen der Nanofasern und -röhren erfolgt Phasentrennung.
