Résumé Pour les dirigeants de TPE, faire partager leur vision à toutes les parties prenantes, internes comme externes à l’entreprise, est un enjeu fort. La vision et son partage constituent en effet des outils de premier choix pour amorcer et maintenir vivant le processus de communication et d’apprentissage inhérent aux organisations apprenantes que sont les entreprises. Or il ne peut y avoir vision partagée si certaines conditions préalables ne sont pas réunies. Les auteurs en discernent quatre qui sont les valeurs, la connaissance du secteur, le respect des personnes et l’écoute. Par la suíte, la “conversation stratégique” est le moyen d’affiner et de perfectionner sans cesse la vision et de facilier son appropriation.
