Abstract
Après une brève présentation du contexte historique de l’enseignement en Belgique francophone, ce texte rend compte des réformes pédagogiques adoptées dans le courant des années 1990, lesquelles ont conduit à un recours accru à des épreuves externes d’évaluation des élèves. Les auteurs présentent les différentes épreuves nationales et internationales aujourd’hui mobilisées dans ce système éducatif et soulignent la diversité des modèles pédagogiques sous-jacents à de telles épreuves. Le texte présente ensuite quelques résultats de recherche rendant compte de l’appropriation de ces évolutions par les enseignants.
