Abstract
Cet article porte sur l’étude d’un moment précis où les individus trébuchent et s’enlisent, au point que la forme organisationnelle qu’ils ont fondée et en partie institutionnalisée ne semble plus suffisamment robuste pour les faire tenir ensemble. Les auteurs s’intéressent aux dynamiques organisationnelles, à leur fragilité et à leur délitement possible. Ils prennent pour démonstration un cas empirique et tentent de montrer comment a émergé, s’est configurée et s’est défaite une formation sociale en particulier. Il s’agira de comprendre comment des acteurs tentent de stabiliser leur initiative, par un travail régulier de mise en forme et de structuration, et quelles sont les difficultés concrètes auxquelles ils ont été confrontés.
