Abstract
La production d'un sujet-femme adapté au développement. Le cas de la recherche féministe aux Philippines Depuis les années 1970, on assiste aux Philippines à une véritable prolifération des discours sur les femmes et le développement. En même temps, les rouages administratifs de l'intégration des femmes au développement apparaissent : Commission des femmes, Plan de développement pour les femmes, autant de canaux par lesquels les luttes des femmes s'inscrivent dans une dynamique de gestion. En s'appuyant sur l'étude de deux projets financés par le Canada, cet article analyse un effet imprévisible de la production de discours sur l'intégration des femmes au développement : la constitution d'un domaine de savoir/pouvoir et, en corollaire, l'apparition d'une nouvelle tendance, celle de la gestion sociale des femmes dans le dispositif du développement.
