Abstract
Dans le Bas-Saint-Laurent, comme dans le reste du Québec, les pratiques sociales actuelles ont des racines qui ont germé dans un passé relativement récent. Dans l'histoire de ces pratiques, les deux décennies des années 60 et 70 sont particulièrement intéressantes pour leur créativité. Nous nommons ici quelques jalons de l'évolution des pratiques de travail social, au cours de ces vingt ans, après avoir esquissé le profil du réseau dans lequel ces pratiques ont pris place. Elles ont cohabité avec un ensemble de pratiques sociales hors institutions qui ont marqué l'histoire et le développement de la région à cette époque, comme le BAEQ et les Opérations Dignité. Nous en dessinons les contours et identifions quelques passerelles entre ces deux champs de pratiques apparemment cloisonnés.
