Abstract
Plusieurs modèles de management stratégique de l’entreprise par les capacités organisationnelles (CO) ont été développés.Cependant, aucun de ces modèles ne propose de différencier les catégories de CO existante dans une entreprise, alors même que cette dernière doit accomplir différents types d’activités.L’objectif de cet article est donc de proposer un modèle pour le management stratégique de l’entreprise par les CO.Ce modèle permettra au gestionnaire de mieux cerner celles qui sont nécessaires à la formulation, la mise en œuvre, l’exploitation et le renouvellement d’une stratégie.De même, il permet d’identifier les activités à mener afin de transformer une configuration particulière de CO en une autre pour exploiter une stratégie.
