Abstract
La publicité télévisée constitue le programme le plus diffusé par les réseaux de télévision. Elle a non seulement profondément marqué la télévision et l’audiovisuel par son style mais, tout comme la fiction elle, définit l’horizon des possibles de ses publics en opérant l’entrée de l’imaginaire dans le réel. En explorant les deux « réalités de la réalité » qui cohabitent sur le petit écran, l’auteur propose de mettre au jour certaines des correspondances et des interpénétrations qui caractérisent la publicité et les séries télévisées mais surtout les parts d’imaginaire qu’ils partagent.
