Abstract
À la temporalité du récit, la science-fiction ajoute des temporalités externes qui jouent un rôle stratégique. La tension entre lecture prédictive et renvoi à l’imaginaire caractérise la science-fiction, mais se résout dans le statut fictionnel de l’anticipation. C’est par une série de « décrochages » que l’anticipation a pu prendre son essor : la généralisation du novum, entre autres, amène à la création d’une double anticipation, l’une proche et l’autre plus lointaine. Enfin, les récits peuvent en prolonger d’autres, fictionnalisant davantage une date appartenant d’ores et déjà au passé.
