Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Associated Transverse Myelitis in a 26-Year-Old Male
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Transverse myelitis is a rare, serious complication of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Here we report a case of acute transverse myelitis in a previously healthy 26-year-old male, during the course of a lower respiratory infection. The diagnosis was based on magnetic resonance imaging findings of the spinal cord and on the quantitative determination of IgM and IgG antibodies against M. pneumoniae in the serum and a positive nested PCR test in the sputum. Diagnostic workout did not reveal any other cause of the neurological symptoms. The patient was treated successfully with intravenous azithomycin and doxycycline. His recovery was progressive and he was discharged without any neurologic sequelae. J Med Cases. 2013;4(10):701-704 doi: http://dx.doi.org/10.4021/jmc1480e

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
