Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

$X(\ensuremath{\sim}9.7\mathrm{GHz})$ and $Q(\ensuremath{\sim}35.6)$ band EPR measurements on a single crystal of ${\mathrm{Fe}}^{3+}$ -doped ${\mathrm{YCaAlO}}_{4}$ are performed to investigate the effect of substitutional disorder upon introduction of ${\mathrm{Fe}}^{3+}$ ions in this crystal. A model is proposed which takes into account the distribution of the orientations of the magnetic z axes of the various ${\mathrm{Fe}}^{3+}$ ions in a Gaussian manner about the c axis of the crystal, accounting satisfactorily for the observed angular variation of the ${\mathrm{Fe}}^{3+}$ EPR linewidth due to substitutional disorder. The parameters of this model serve to characterize the disorder. In addition, the ${\mathrm{Fe}}^{3+}$ spin Hamilton parameters were estimated from EPR line positions at 4.2, 77, and 295 K. In particular, the ${\mathrm{Fe}}^{3+}$ zero-field splitting parameter ${b}_{2}^{0}$ was found to have a rather large value, of \ensuremath{\sim}35 GHz for an inorganic host crystal.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
