Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This paper presents novel design and architecture for inverted Doherty Amplifier. The key point is the removal of the 50 Ω quarter-wave transformer from peaking path used for impedance inversion in a load modulation circuit of a typical inverted Doherty Amplifier. A coupled line is used as all-pass section providing the desired phase offset to achieve high efficiency performance at back-off. This coupled line thus designed as an all-pass filter section with shaped phase characteristic and a 50 Ω image impedance that can be used directly to optimize the inverted Doherty performance. A prototype has been designed to operate at 2350 MHz for Long term evolution (LTE) application. An improvement of more than 25% in the drain efficiency as compared to the Class-B balanced amplifier at approximately 6-dB back-off is reported with this design.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
