Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract A severe disease was observed on sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) in Ili, Xinjiang China, in 2005. The causal agent was isolated from infected tissues, and its pathogenicity confirmed. Pathogenicity tests showed that the fungus could infect sunflower, which developed the same symptoms under artificial inoculation conditions to those observed in the field. The fungus was identified based on morphological and cultural characteristics as Phoma macdonaldii Boerema. Identifications were confirmed by comparison of the 18S rDNA partial sequence, 28S rDNA partial sequence, and the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions 1 and 2, including 5.8S rDNA (ITS1‐5.8S-ITS2). This is the first report of black stem of sunflower caused by P. macdonaldii in China.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
