Abstract
Les annes 1990 ont t marques par des mutations importantes quant la nature des rapports que l'tat qubcois entretient avec diffrents acteurs sociaux oeuvrant dans divers champs d'intervention. Elles ont t traverses par ce qu'il est parfois convenu d'appeler la dynamique partenariale , dans la mesure o le partenariat domine un trs grand nombre de formes d'action et de collaboration comme la sant et les services sociaux, le dveloppement conomique local et rgional, l'conomie sociale, ou encore les pratiques d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. En ce dbut de dcennie 2000, l'omniprsence d'une telle dynamique n'est pas unique la socit qubcoise bien qu'elle occupe ici, tant dans les pratiques que dans les politiques, une place significative.
