Abstract
Dans cette note de recherche, l’auteur rappelle certains éléments théoriques concernant le management interculturel, puis présente les résultats d’un travail de terrain qui a duré cinq ans dans lequel il a sondé les opinions des cadres français installés au Maroc et celles des cadres marocains exerçant sous leur autorité. Ce travail lui a permis de cerner ce qui était pour les deux parties les clés de la réussite d’un management interculturel.
