Abstract
Cet article traite de la configuration d'un atelier de photolithographie en contexte incertain. Le critère de performance retenu est la capacité de l'atelier à traiter ses commandes en assurant un taux d'utilisation de 100 % pour toutes ses machines. Un programme linéaire est présenté pour évaluer ce critère, puis l'ensemble des commandes qu'une configuration donnée peut traiter de manière équilibrée est déterminé. Cet ensemble permet alors de mesurer l'aptitude de la configuration courante de l'atelier à conserver la propriété d'équilibre en présence de perturbations sur la commande prévisionnelle. La notion de rayon de stabilité est utilisée pour connaître l'amplitude maximale des perturbations autour de la commande prévisionnelle de l'atelier pour lesquelles la propriété d'équilibre est garantie. Enfin, une méthode d'augmentation du rayon de stabilité est proposée.
