Cette recherche met l’accent sur le comportement du salarié dans le cadre des SI. S’appuyant sur la littérature du développement durable, nous cherchons à mieux connaître le comportement responsable des salariés au travail et de leurs pratiques dans le cadre la politique de SI éco-responsables de leurs PME. La posture de la recherche est purement exploratoire. La méthodologie est qualitative, elle s’appuie sur des salariés issus de divers secteurs. Le traitement des données est effectué via la statistique textuelle grâce au logiciel ALCESTE. Les résultats montrent trois classes permettant de mieux appréhender le comportement des salariés en matière de SI durable, ce dernier étant en phase avec celui de leurs organisations.
