Abstract
Les droits classiquement rattachés au travail subordonné participent à la fois de droits de la personne fondamentaux et d’une volonté de développement intégré. Le processus d’intégration continentale, dans lequel s’inscrit l’actuel projet de Zone de libre-échange des Amériques (ZLEA), doit, à ce double titre, leur assurer un régime approprié. Quels seraient alors, plus précisément, les droits visés ? Quels comportements exiger des États à leur sujet ? Une souhaitable entente panaméricaine en la matière devrait prévoir des institutions et des modes de contrôle appropriés. Le texte qui suit ébauche ces différents aspects à la lumière notamment d’instruments internationaux existants, tant sur le plan universel que sur celui des Amériques.
