Résumé Certaines entreprises multinationales décident de négocier un accord-cadre international avec les représentants des salariés pour formaliser leurs engagements en matière de responsabilité sociale. L’objectif de cet article est de mettre en évidence la diversité des interlocuteurs du côté des représentants des salariés dans une telle situation et de montrer les implications du choix de l’interlocuteur sur le processus de négociation et la mise en œuvre de l’accord. Après une présentation générale des accords-cadres internationaux et de leur apport potentiel en matière de responsabilité sociale, cet article décrit quatre modèles d’implication des représentants des parties prenantes internes dans la négociation et la mise en œuvre de ces accords observés dans des groupes internationaux. La réalisation d’interviews avec les gestionnaires et les représentants des salariés dans plusieurs entreprises européennes ayant négocié un accord-cadre permet de préciser pour chaque modèle les motivations des acteurs en cause, le processus de négociation, les mesures prises pour diffuser et suivre l’accord ainsi que les résultats obtenus. En conclusion, l’article tente de tirer des enseignements de ces quatre modèles d’implication des représentants des salariés sur la gestion d’une démarche de responsabilité sociale.
