Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In the recent past one frequently hears it said that Makarenko is now obsolete and that he cannot offer any real benefit to present-day pedagogical science and practice. Let me answer it this way: Come to see us here in the Poltava region, to the Poltava V.G. Korolenko Pedagogical Institute. Come and visit the Center for Makarenko Studies that has been created based in the institute. Over the past two decades a large number of programs, handbooks, methodological recommendations, and other scientific works have been written and published here. A number of international and all-Ukraine intercollegiate conferences have been held here. The institute has been visited by hundreds of delegations from various educational institutions. More than 10,000 people have come to visit the Poltava Center. Workers in education have come from Poland, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Great Britain, Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, the United States, Canada, and Japan; colleagues from a number of countries are interested in problems of making use of the innovative experience of this great educator in the process of training pedagogical cadres.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
