Cet article rend compte de l’expérience du Réseau des délégués sociaux (DS) de la Fédération des travailleurs du Québec (FTQ). Libre, volontaire et confidentielle, l’intervention des DS vise à prévenir et à prendre en charge les risques psychosociaux en milieu de travail. Par-delà les réalisations du Réseau des DS de la FTQ et les difficultés d’intégration de ces derniers, dans les structures syndicales locales, deux constats ressortent de notre étude. D’une part, les DS sont appelés à mobiliser trois registres de négociation (interpersonnelle, intra et inter-organisationnelle) dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions. D’autre part, en mettant de l’avant l’entraide et la solidarité entre les pairs, les DS ont contribué à transformer le syndicalisme pratiqué à la FTQ.
