Abstract
Les efforts de codification internationale du droit international privé ont produit peu de résultats directs, mais il ressort de la multiplication des codifications nationales récentes qu’elles procèdent d’un modèle assez commun en ce qui touche les règles de rattachement tant juridictionnel que normatif. Une comparaison des codifications nationales permet de dégager les grandes lignes de ce modèle international malgré les quelques différences et divergences qui subsistent. La multiplicité des sources de codification ne semble donc pas incompatible avec le développement d’une véritable harmonisation internationale du droit international privé.
