Abstract
Dans le champ de l’intervention sociale, les modèles, résultats d’un travail d’abstraction, ne peuvent traduire la mouvante complexité du singulier. Ils renvoient par ailleurs à une « normalité » – le plus souvent non critique – qui se fait normative, faisant de l’intervention sociale une entreprise de normalisation et de moralisation. Pour en changer, la présente contribution pose quelques jalons d’une éthique de la responsabilité faisant place à l’incertitude et à la reconnaissance de l’ambiguïté de l’action.
