Abstract
Il n’est jamais facile de coopérer, en particulier au sein des organisations éclatées. Pour étudier la construction de la coopération autour de valeurs partagées, nous analysons le fonctionnement d’un espace-projet en santé (Réseau bronchiolite du nourrisson Île-de-France) notamment autour du repositionnement des acteurs. Nous proposons de penser ces espaces-projets comme des agencements organisationnels qui reconnaissent l’identité des métiers y participant. La compétence collective s’y avère essentielle et se construit autour de dispositifs socio-techniques (centre d’appel).
