Abstract
Résumé En une douzaine d’années, le records management « à la française » a creusé son sillon. Mise au point de normes, réflexion sur la valorisation des métiers de l’information-documentation, partage des pratiques : le RM s’est élevé au rang d’une discipline à part entière qui a ses professionnels, sa stratégie, ses processus et ses outils. Dans ce dossier en trois temps, Sylvie Dessolin-Baumann et Caroline Wiegandt rappellent les enjeux et fixent les repères de la « gestion de l’information et des documents ».
