Abstract
Abstract A persistent right superior vena following extracardiac total cavopulmonary connection was occluded using a 0.052″ Gianturco coil combined with a 3 Fr biopsy forceps. Controlled delivery of a 0.052″ Gianturco coil is a safe and effective procedure to occlude a large anomalous vessel other than a large persistent arterial duct.
